Design RequirementsInherently InvisibleDevelopment Permit approved by Niagara Escarpment Commission (NEC)- Project must; follow natural landscape- protect the local environment- be hidden from view from any public road.- abide by the sizing and siting restrictions- All neighbours were notified and allowed to comment in order to obtain NEC Development Permit- Subsequent Letters <strong>of</strong> Support were obtained in 2013The project will abide by the Minister or Environments Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR)- More sizing and siting restrictions- We must protect the local environment- We must distribute notice to adjacent properties, <strong>Caledon</strong> Clerk, Peel Clerk, Local Services Board, <strong>Caledon</strong> andNEC Planning Board, CVC and NEC prior to construction.Project must meet the Minister <strong>of</strong> Environments Visual Screening Requirements for Non-Ro<strong>of</strong>top SolarFacilities- 90% visual coverage year round & monitored every 6 monthsProject will be virtually invisible similar to ro<strong>of</strong>top Solar Installations5
