Admire buildings and halls which arecurrently used for royal and religious ceremonies suchas the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the ThroneHall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest house andthe beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple.Afterwards, visitWat Pho,Bangkok'soldest andlargest temple.The templecompoundfeatures a largerecliningBuddha, demonfigures andnumerous ancient stupas. Wat Pho is also known asThailand's most recognized traditional Thai massageschool where you will enjoy a tradition Thai massage.Afternoon Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue toVimanmek Mansion. A magnificent structure, said tobe the world's largest golden teakwood mansion. Buildin 1900 on the command of King Rama V, this was hissummer palace. Renovated in 1982 on the occasion ofthe bi-centennial anniversary of Bangkok, Vimanmeknow houses a collection of photographs, arts andhandicrafts commemorating King Rama V. It's treasuredas a showcase of Thai heritage for now and futuregenerations. Afterwards, transfer to the hote for checkinand free time.Evening: Meet at hotel lobby and transfer to SupatraRiver House for Thai set dinner with a viewoverlooking the Grand Palace. After dinner, return tothe hotel. Then transfer to Nonthaburi for Lunch atSuan Thip Restaurant.Proceed to the pier for public ferry across the river toKoh Kret, a tiny island in the Chao Phraya River,located in Nonthaburi Province. On this island lives acommunity of craftsmen famous for their distinctivestyle of pottery, which dates back many centuries. Thepotteries are known for their fine, red-black glazedsurface and intricate design. They are all hand-madepiece-by-piece and you can see the process.Check in at the Thai House in Nonthaburi.
