Pool Certification <strong>USA</strong> <strong>Swimming</strong> maintains a list of certified pools.<br />
Pools must be measured <strong>and</strong> certified for records<br />
<strong>and</strong> times to be officially recognized. The <strong>LSC</strong> should<br />
maintain a copy of certified local pools. Upload a<br />
current list of certified pools in your <strong>LSC</strong>. More<br />

All paid staff should have an annual performance<br />
review. If your <strong>LSC</strong> employs paid staff, upload your<br />
<strong>LSC</strong>s performance review policy with a blank copy of<br />
the performance review document.<br />
In addition to a Diversity Liaison or Diversity Chair,<br />
the <strong>LSC</strong> should encourage the development of a<br />
Diversity Committee. If your <strong>LSC</strong> has a Diversity<br />
Committee, list the names of the current committee<br />
members in the text box below.<br />
VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT – <strong>Level</strong> 2<br />
BOD Orientation Board orientation introduces new board members to<br />
BOD operations <strong>and</strong> function. New board members<br />
should receive a Board Orientation notebook<br />
containing items such as copies of budgets, minutes,<br />
committees, bylaws, job descriptions <strong>and</strong> <strong>LSC</strong><br />
structure. Upload the table of contents or an outline<br />
of your board orientation material.<br />
