Warmbloods are used for eventing (for hunts, jump), jumping anddressage.b. Dressage is a competitive event that combines gates and maneuvers wherehorses are judged on their precision and response to rider commands.c. Warmblood events are performed in English tact.d. Warmbloods range from 15-1 to 17 hands high and weigh between 1200and 1600 pounds,e. Warmbloods are preferably a solid color with few or no white markings.The majority of warmblood registries do not have closed studbooks.2. Hanoveriana. Origin Germany.b. Noble horse with outstanding ability in international equestrian events.3. Trakehnera. Origin – East Prussia, originally as a new type of cavalry mount for thePrussian army.b.
