Among these, 38 percent said theyreport on a quarterly basis, 37 percent report annually and 20 percent provide ongoing updates.Quarterly and ongoing reporting on education efforts are morecommon practices than annual reporting.Increased liabilities for ethics and compliance violations have made the progress of ethicsand compliance prevention programs an important issue for executives and directors. As aresult, the majority of companies (58 percent) expect progress reports more frequentlythan annually, either quarterly or ongoing.
