All the candidates are requiredto produce the original certificates of educational qualifications, work experience certificates, if any, castecertificate, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) (for Candidates from North-Eastern states only), PWD certificateetc., for verification by the CPGS office at the time of GD & PI. However, if a candidate expects to receive the finalDegree Certificate only by late July/early August,2012,then, he/she may submit the latest marks memos/ provisionalcertificates with a condition that the final certificates and marks Memos will be submitted later or at least at the timeof joining the Programme.The short-listed SC, ST & PWD candidates will be reimbursed second class ordinary train / bus fare by the shortestroute on production of photocopies of travel tickets. In-service candidates irrespective of the social category are noteligible for reimbursement of train / bus fare. No other expenses including local conveyance are admissible for anycandidate. The candidates are expected to arrange for local accommodation on their own, as there is a severespace crunch in the Institute’s guest house. You should reach the NIRD campus on your own at least one hourbefore the scheduled date and time of GD & PI.
