SupeR TimoRBelgRade, SeRbiaOne of the first things I remember inmy life was one of the first Belgradegraffiti pieces done in the late 80sby an unknown artist, and it was near mykindergarten. Now I realize that all my passionfor art started there. I first painted graffiti whenI was a twelve year old kid at the basketballplayground in my hood in 1998. I have beenwriting actively for ten years. I am best knownfor characters, but these days I’m coming backto letter style. I hadn’t worked on it for threeyears and now I am back with my new crewMOFOS (Lortek, Tkv, Sobekci, Sito, Brik).Five years ago I started tattooing. Themain reason for that step was my basic outlookon art, that is the energy and emotiontransferred through the mediums of painting,design, architecture, graffiti, and tattoo. Ididn’t have a mentor for tattooing. I think thatis absurd. Working in studios is a real prison,like every other everyday job, so I quit that.I just freelance. These days I work from myhomemade studio on my schedule becauseI am also working on other stuff—trying tomake a total design studio.I am trying my best to give customers thebest tattoo for themselves, while incorporatingit into the same visual concept as my work inother art fields; but you know I wouldn’t workon any satanic or hate symbol. Generally mymain inspirations come from Slavic art andornaments.
