Depending on thesystem configuration, the Roller Tracksare suitable for all types of ULD’s andair cargo pallets.Comprising a series of galvanized steel rollers,capable of being raised and lowered on aninflatable air cell, the pneumatic Roller Tracks areready for action within seconds. When raised,the rollers provide a smooth bed for themaneuvering of air cargo containers, timberpallets or slipsheets. In the lowered position,the rollers disappear below the track top plates,leaving the load safely positioned on the flatfloor and allowing safe pedestrian accessTruck systemWith the truck system, the pneumatic Roller Tracksare mounted in the floor of the semi trailer.When the system is not in operation, the steelrollers are below the track top profile, whichresults in the cargo sitting secure on the trailer-floor. This makes the loading floor suitable forvarious types of cargo.Warehouse systemThe warehouse system can be mounted on boththe surface and in the floor. When mounted inthe floor, lift trucks are able to drive over thesystem. When mounted on the surface, the RollerTracks are assembled within a steel frame.The Roller Tracks can also be assembled on theplatform of a scissor lift, which facilitates loadingand unloading at different floor heights. Airoperated pallet stops are fitted to ensure safety.Optionally, both warehouse and trailer systemscan be fitted with wheel drives, which allowautomatic transportation of the loads.
