The operatoralso enters the required cutter speed and valvesetting.When the preformer is started, the operator willplace a preformed blank on the weigh scales, ifthe preformed blank weight does not correspondwith the “TARGET” weight, the operator simplypresses a button on the weigh scales and this willautomatically adjust the cutter speed to bring theblank to the required “TARGET” weight. Theoperator has to make no physical changes to themachine settings.This new and improved upgrade will ensure thatwaste compound is now reduced to a minimum.The Weigh Scale Loop System is now standard onall ECO machines.Upgrade your existing machineThe Weigh Scale Loop System canbe fitted on many existing Barwellmachines.
