"Light Up A Life" – November 14 – December 24, 2004
Remember a loved one this holiday season by hanging your
personalized tag at one of Hospice’s ten tree locations.
Memorial Walk – February 12, 2005
A walk, in memory of a specially selected family, held at
Sangertown Square Mall complete with entertainment and a
remembrance ceremony.
Epicurean Delight – April 10, 2005
Thirty of the area’s finest restaurants offer samples to nearly
600 guests in addition to an elaborate drawing, live auction,
and entertainment from 6-9 pm.

SUPPORT GROUPS FOR ILLNESS
■ Caring Parents: For parents with an ill child
■ Rainbow I – For any ill child (not just cancer)
■ Rainbow II – For any child dealing with any
type of illness within the family
These three groups meet the second Thursday
of the month from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the
Regional Cancer Center
■ I Can Cope – a four-week educational series
for cancer patients and families for Herkimer
County. Call 866-3330, ext. 140 for more
information.
IN-HOME COUNSELING FOR SENIORS
For seniors experiencing any of these life
changes:
■ Any type of illness (whether first diagnosed,
chronic, or terminal)
■ Death of a relative, friend, or a beloved pet
■ Caregiving role
■ Nursing home placement of a spouse
■ Retirement
■ Relocation – a recent move to an apartment,
adult home, assisted living facility, or with
other family members.
These same services are provided for individuals
60 years and younger in our office.
Memorial Golf Tournament – June 27, 2005
Held at the Skenandoa Golf Club in Clinton (shotgun start at
1pm), this golf outing attracts over 100 golfers to an event held
on a perfect summer day with drawings, a live auction, and
prizes for everyone.
