We own no real estate.Our leases expire at various times between August 31, 2007 and November 30, 2016. Our business will be negatively impacted if weare unable to extend our existing leases at reasonable rates and we are unable to lease alternative space on acceptable terms.Item 2. PropertiesOur principal executive offices are located at 275 Wagaraw Road, Hawthorne, New Jersey 07506 and are consolidated with theadministrative offices of our subsidiary, Universal Supply <strong>Group</strong>, <strong>Inc</strong>.The Company maintains 16 combination sales and warehouse locations in Hawthorne, Bogota, Augusta, North Brunswick, CedarKnolls, Wharton and Westville, New Jersey; Willow Grove, Pennsylvania; Elmsford, Hicksville, Middletown, Fishkill, New Windsor,Peekskill, Poughkeepsie and Suffern, New York. Additionally, the Company maintains two separate warehouse locations in CedarKnolls, New Jersey and New Hampton, New York. These locations consist of approximately 323,000 square feet under leasesexpiring between 2007 and 2016 with current aggregate annual rents of approximately $2,744,513. In addition, the Company has amonth−to−month lease for a portion of the New Windsor, New York location, consisting of 11,000 square feet, for $2,500 per month.The premises located at Middletown, Fishkill, New Windsor and Suffern, New York also include showrooms of kitchen and bathroomfixtures and accessories.Our premises are suitable and adequate for their intended use and are adequately covered by insurance.
