Now this program is going on successfully.RECENTLY COMPLETED PROGRAMMES :Name of the project : “Empowerment of Poor Tribal Families”Source of funding : Ananda Foundation, 1770 Mass Av. # 140,Cambridge, MA 02140, United States of America.The women are involving in the brooms makingactivity collectively. Mr.Sajid Hussain is givinginstructions to the target women.The tribal women are doing bamboo basketsweaving work collectively.The tribal men are doing bamboo basket weaving.Mr.Sajid Hussain is supervising the activity.Brief Description :The education classes for tribal children is goingonThis project incorporates various activities for the empowerment of impoverished tribal families ofKadapa district; These activities are Brooms making activity for 30 tribal women; BambooBaskets weaving activity for 15 tribal women & 15 tribal Men, Non-forrmal Education Programmefor School dropout children; Non-Formal Education Programme for Tribal women during theevenings; and Health Awareness programme.

Mr.Sajidis watching this activity.Description :We are conducting Non-formal Education classes in 2 villages for the school drop out children. 30children in each village attending to the education centres. We have freely distributed studymaterials to these 60 target group children. 2 Teachers in these 2 centres are teaching theeducation to the target group children. After one year we will admit these children into the Schools.Now this programme is now going on successfully.Name of the program :“Distribution of sewing machines to Impoverished widows”Source of Funding : Purley Overseas Trust,63 Foxley Lane Purley Surrey CR8 3EHUNITED KINGDOMPhoto showing Mr.Sajid President,SPREAWS isdistributed 4 sewing machines among 4 widowsOne widow among 4 is looking in the abovephoto with her sewing machine..Summary ::SPREAWS identified very 4 needy widows who trained in Tailoring skill and we have distributed1 sewing machine to each widow. Now these 4 widows are earning sufficient income with tailoringwork and living peacefully with their children without depending on others.
