Page4Security: Chaperones are required – one male and one female for a price of $300.00 each unless theywill be provided by your entertainment which will require a written agreement from the entertainer.Clean Up & Damages: Decorations or displays brought into the facility must be approved prior to arrival.Items may not be attached to the facility walls, fixtures or furnishings with nails, staples, tape any otheradhesive or substance in order to prevent damage to the fine fixtures and furnishings. A $300 clean up feewill be charged for excessive clean up over and above our standard cleaning process. This includes theuse of glitter, confetti, etc. Patron agrees to be responsible for any damages to the physical facility or itscontents, during the time that the patron, their guests, invitees, employees, subcontractors, independentcontractors, or other agents of the patron are present on the premises. The expense of loss and damagesdue to any reason including negligence or mischief resulting in any loss or damage to the property or itscontents will be the responsibility of the patron booking the event and estimated charge be assess thenight of the event. Actual damages or replacements will be billed at the replacement or repair rate.Audio Visual: Add Audio Visual Equipment to your event to show a Slide Show during cocktails or duringthe reception. Packages start at $150.00Event Extension: it may be possible to extend your event based on availability. Events may be extendedeither prior to Cocktails or after the Main Reception. Please see your Catering Manager for details andpricing.Alcoholic Beverage Policy: The Villanova University Conference Center, as a Licensee, is responsiblefor the administration of the Sale and Service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with Pennsylvania’sAlcoholic Beverage Control’s Policies, Procedures and Statutes. The Conference Center will strictlyenforce Pennsylvania’s Beverage Laws. The Management of The Villanova University Conference Centerretains the right to manage the after-hours events and will have final decision as to the hours and closureof said event. The Management of The Villanova University Conference Center and its beverageemployees reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest whom appears, or exhibitscharacteristics of being intoxicated. In addition, any disturbances, underage drinking or consumption ofnon-conference center purchased alcohol will result in immediate event termination. The VillanovaUniversity Conference Center is the only licensed authority to sell and distribute liquor on the premises.Liquor is not permitted to be brought onto the property and alcohol purchased from The VillanovaUniversity Conference Center may not be taken off property.Consumer Advisory: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs mayincrease your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
