A pint Pewter mug by John Warne <strong>of</strong> Blackfriars Road <strong>London</strong>OP4968 with fine engraved monogram to the front <strong>and</strong> showing in thebase his mark <strong>of</strong> two h<strong>and</strong>s clasped within an inner circle with his details in the outer circle,established in 1796 there are no verification marks which might imply pre-imperial <strong>and</strong> it isespecially nice for its very elaborate monogram to the front. The word Pint is to the left <strong>of</strong> theh<strong>and</strong>le. A nice footed bucket shape with plain body weighing over 1 lb 1 oz <strong>and</strong> st<strong>and</strong>ingnearly 5 “ with a footrim nearly 3 Ö”.3
