The Purpose of CaribbeanEncounters is:• To foster real conversations between people ofdifferent cultures, within individuals, and withGod.• To provide for material, educational, and/orspiritual needs, as allowed, to the people of St.Vincent and the Grenadines and other Caribbeannations.• To educate and sensitize young people and adultsin the the US and the Caribbean to the changingneeds of people in less economically developedcountries (LEDCs(LEDCs) ) and more economicallydeveloped countries (MEDCs(MEDCs) ) in this globaleconomy.
