During September - November 2006, Amway (UK) participated in a packaging trial, whereby the loose fill dunnage was
substituted with airbags in an effort to improve order packing methods and to reduce damages.
As a result of the UK trial and, in conjunction with the European Regional Service Centre operations team in Venlo, it has been
decided to conduct further trials in the UK and, in addition, extend the trials to include other European countries.

The main benefits of airbags are:
• Excellent cushioning and filling ensures optimum
protection of products.
• Outer surface is non-slip.
• Clean and dust-free.
• Disposal by either reusing or recycling.
Please note that during the trial period, you may receive parcels
containing different filling materials, even within the same order.
For example: one parcel may contain loose void fill and another
airbags or paper.
