Through careful management, ICO paid down its outstanding
bond debt (see graph below)
ICO allocated $1.5 million for capital expenditures
in the Fiscal Year 2010 budget. These expenditures,
which are budgeted every year to create future
benefits for ICO, are funded through operational
cash flow and contributions.
ICO investments grew 18% in fiscal 2010 to $31.5
million and are kept in reserve to meet the bond
covenant. The investments will ultimately be used to
retire bond debt in 2028.
