Terms and conditions of Sale
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests we
believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed and the following is
made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied.
Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be
defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequentia
arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine
the suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all risks and liabilitywhatsoever
in connection therewith.
Statements or recommendations not contained herein, shall have no force or effect unless in an
agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer.
All prices are NET and FOB Chicago, unless otherwise shown. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
WITHOUT NOTICE. All products are sold without warranties expressed or implied. The pictures in this
catalog are for illustration purposes only. Typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the
right to ship new product should it be improved in design or quality.
Claims, Returns and Restocking Fees
Should damage occur in transit, file a claim with the carrier and notify us. Any shortage, damage or
error must be reported within seven days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Call us for a return
authorization number before returning any items. Please insure any returns. All returns must be prepaid.
Furnish us with the data and invoice number along with a brief description of the reason for the
return.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the product is not found to be defective or is returned
after the seven day claim period.
Charge Accounts and Credit Applications
Charge accounts are offered to those who furnish proper preferences. If you wish to have an open
account (Net 30 Days), we will send you a credit application. When you receive the application, all
blanks must be filled out and mailed or faxed back to us. Applications will not be processed without all
information. Credit information can take up to two or three weeks. Keep this in mind if you have an order
pending upon your credit approval. All information will be kept confidential. When giving supplier references,
please list an area code, along with a fax number and a phone number in order
to speed up credit information.
Resale and Tax Information
We charge applicable taxes in Illinois. If your company purchase items from us for resale, You must
have a completed resale form on file with us. A resale form is enclosed in this catalog
for your convenience.
On-line Orders
We offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Paypal for payment on-line. Some
larger or heavier products are listed, but cannot be ordered on-line. In these cases call for further
information and instructions. Inventory numbers are not always accurate. Illinois residents must add
sales tax. You must receive an e-mail confirmation to verify your on-line order.
