Students who wish to qualify for a pro-rata tuitionwaiver are required to submit a complete curriculum vitae (table form) aswell as a letter of motivation detailing their particular interest in thesubjects of the program. As the number of participants is limited to 65students, admission is subject to an evaluation that takes into account theacademic achievements and expertise of the applicant.FEESThe tuition fee is EUR 1,000. The fee includes all on- and off-campusactivities and course materials. It does not cover expenses for publictransport, accommodation, living expenses and similar costs. In case ofoutstanding academic and/or professional achievements students may beentitled to a reduction in the tuition fee (pro-rata tuition waiver). Thedecision is taken by members of the CBC on an individual basis. Cancelations of applications shall be notifiedto the CBC in writing. Cancelations effected up to four weeks before thecommencement of the program incur costs of EUR 250 or 25 % of therespective tuition fee, if the costs have been partially waived.
