Section 2.FDOT has requested that Broward County convey to FDOT theProperty described in the attached Exhibit "Am pursuant to Section 125.38, FloridaSMtUt8s.Section 3. The Property to be conveyed by the County to FDOT is not neededfor County purposes.Section 4.Broward County authorizes the oonwyance of the Property by QuitClaim Deed to the State of Fkrida Department of Transportation.Sedion 5.Severabili. if any portion of this Resolution is detmined by any1 Court to be inva!id, the invalid portion shall be stricken, and such striking shall not affect11 the validity of the remainder of this Resolution. If any Court determines that thisI R-lution.or any portion hereof, cannot be legally applied to any indivldual(s),gmp(s), entity(ies), properrylies), or drcumstancu(s), such determination shall notaffect the applicability hereof to any other individual, group, entity, property, orcircumstance.Section8. -Date.
