All previous WEEPUL designs made prior to Jan 1st 2013 will be subject to small changes ofdesign, color, size and shape. These changes are illustrated within the catalog and website and aspart of the quotation and proofing process. This will particularly apply to items using plastic moldedcomponents and handholder items.2. Please note that all printed hands and facial features of Weepuls will be pink unless specified inyour order. There is no cost involved to change a color within any component, including changingto white.3. All Weepuls will now be bagged in 50’s. For special packing in cartons of 50 Weepuls add $0.12(R) per Weepul + $20 per carton to delivery cost.4. Foil Stamping set-up charges: $40 (R) from artwork supplied for hot foil stamping on acetateribbon in one color. A range of colored ribbon is available. It is not possible to pantone match ribbonand /or print colors using this method.5. For all prints of two colors on acetate ribbon, hot foil stamping may be possible for an additionalset-up charge of $40 (R) plus a running charge of $0.10 (R). Close registration of color is not possible.6. Full Color Digital Set-up Charges: $40 (R) for full color pantone matched print onto our Digitalpoly soft ribbon attachments.7. If no ribbon is required, deduct $0.05 (R) from all weepul prices.8. Print set up cost for handheld items and hat decals is $40 (R) and full color print with digital printpantone matching is available as standard.9. Print size for Acetate ribbons is 3¾”x 5/8”(95mm x 17mm). Longer or shorter ribbon is possiblebut needs to be stated clearly in the order instructions and a price to be agreed.Failure to do so willresult in our using our standard length .10. Print size for the full color plasticised digital ribbon style attachment is 3¾”x ¾” (95mm x19mm). Add 1 /16“(2mm) bleed all around if the background print overlaps the edge. Other sizes ofthis new style of ribbon attachment are possible. Price to be agreed.11. Print sizes and templates for all printed items are available on request.12. ARTWORK: All fonts should be changed to outlines/curves, or font files should be included.Vector based artwork should be saved in EPS, AI, or PDF format. Black and white files such as text orscanned images should be ‘Bitmap or Greyscale format with a resolution of 1200 dpi. Color files tobe used in full colour digital should be saved in TIFF, JPEG or EPS format with a minimum resolutionof 300 dpi actual size. Allow 1 /16“ bleed on all products where the print falls outside the cutter guide.13. We can create artwork for you at a cost of $50(R) . Normal print set-up cost of $40(R) perposition would still be charged.14. Repeat orders using full colour digital print will have a reset charge of $15 (R) on all orders.15. NORMAL PRODUCTION: (see #27 Below) For up to 2000 pieces, 10 working days after proofapproval. Allow up to three working days for proof generation from your camera-ready eps files. Ifwe have to create your artwork, add another 2 working days.RUSH SERVICE: Orders required to be delivered in less than 7 working days from proof approval willincur a 30% surcharge added to the catalog price of the item. Cost of set up and delivery costs willbe as quoted without any surcharge.IN-HANDS DATE: If you have an “in-hands” date this must be clearly indicated on your PO. Orderswill be delivered by end of day on the day you have listed. It is recommended that you list your “inhands”date at least 1 day prior to event day. Your order will be shipped the “best-way” to meet your“in-hands” date with appropriate shipping charges billed to you.16. Sequential numbering on full color digital ribbons and handholder items add $0.10 (R) per item+ an additional $40 (R) set up cost.17. Multiple item orders will qualify for total quantity pricing as per the catalog price per item, if thesame imprint is used on all components and /or attachments.18. Minimum quantity of any item and/or those within a multiple order are those published in thecatalog. Less than minimum is not available.19. Slight variations in colors of pom poms may occur from one batch or order to another.20. Plastic hats can be made in the following colors: white, red, yellow, black, blue, brown but may besubject to our stock at time of ordering. Catalog image colors will always be in stock.21. Proofs of all print including repeat orders will always be provided. No production will commenceuntil proofs have been approved. Production time is quoted from the first working day after date ofapproval. Changes to print, after proofs have been approved and components have been printed, willbe charged at cost.22. Two-sided print is available on all ribbon attachments and handholder components at anadditional charge of $0.10 (R) per Weepul + an additional $40 (R) set up charge for full color digitalprint on poly soft ribbon or one color for foil stamp on acetate ribbon.23. An additional ribbon can be added at a cost of an extra $0.10 (R) per Weepul + $40 (R) print set upfor full color on the new plasticised digital style ribbon or per color for foil stamp on acetate ribbon.24. Drop shipping will be quoted, according to your requirements.25. International shipping will be quoted according to destinations.26. All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail and any subsequent mistakes or queries are to benotified to us within 2 working days.27. Any shortages or queries on deliveries to be notified within 10 days of receipt of goods.28. Only items shown in the new catalog should be considered as stock items. All others are customdesigns and will be quoted upon conclusion of the design process. This may take up to 10 workingdays to complete. One-off design samples will be charged at$30 (R) + $20 delivery.29. Normal production time will be quoted on order acknowledgements. As a guide up to 2000pieces in 10 working days, up to 5000 in 15 working days, up to 10000 pieces in 20 working days.30. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by ourselves in producing theitems ordered will be accepted by ourselves as being submitted in full compliance with applicablelaws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection.The customer by submitting such copy or other material represents that the use thereof byourselves on the items ordered will not violate any such laws. The customer hereby agrees to holdourselves harmless to any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such lawsas a consequence of our use of said copy or another material or the operation undertaken by thisagreement.31. The catalog and website are not intended to be an offer, and the information therein is providedfor the purpose of inviting an offer by the placement of an order.32. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA which Govern the Validity,interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
