Graduation RequirementsAdditional information is available in the Guidance Department.Special DiplomaThe special diploma is intended for certain students at the secondary level who have a disability andare unlikely to meet the credit requirements for a diploma. The student’s IEP team determineseligibility and participation in the program. Written consent from the parent is required. The IEPteam sets goals and decides what the student needs to complete in order to earn the special diploma.GED Certificate (ISAEP)The Individualized Student Alternative Education Program (ISAEP) is a state program that allowsstudents to participate in the GED tests prior to their eighteenth birthday. Students must be at leastsixteen and meet eligibility requirements to enter the program. Additional information about thisprogram can be found in the Blue Streak Academy or Guidance Department.Workplace Preparedness CertificateThe Workplace Preparedness Certificate is not a diploma. This certificate is intended to providestudents with sufficient skills for employability. The receiving student must be at least 17 years ofage.
