Nurturing HandsStone Bridge Transitional Care HomeA place to call home, Stone Bridge Transitional Care Home is a licensed residential program for children and teenswho are in crisis and temporarily without an appropriate place to stay. Staff offers stability and compassion whilenurturing residents through a diffi cult time in their lives.
