Dialling
Telephone numbers are shown in the standard international format. For example, the
International Office number is as follows:

where: + represents the outward international dialling code. This varies between countries.
Please check locally.
(a) is the country code. This remains the same for each country regardless of the country from
which the caller is dialling.
(b) is the city code. The zero or other number shown in the brackets, i.e. (0), is normally omitted
when dialling from outside the country. However, if dialling within the country, it may be required.
(c) is the telephone number. This is typically the only part of the number, which is required when
dialling locally.
Mailing Address
Please note that the street address and telephone number must be used when sending
documents or parcels by courier or overnight delivery.
Time differences
This directory shows world time based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Local time is shown as
hours earlier (-) or later (+) than GMT.
Example:
London (GMT) 12:00pm
Tokyo (GMT +9hrs) 9:00pm
New York (GMT –5hrs) 7:00am
To calculate the Tokyo time from New York add 14 hours to the local time.
The change in hours due to summer time adjustments are not detailed.
