2. SUBSCRIPTIONS EDITORThe purpose of the Subscription Editor is to manage the subscriptions of the NovaLaw Review, as well as aid the Editor-in-Chief and Executive Editor. The SubscriptionsEditor shall work at the direction of the Lead Articles Editor and—in certain instances—under the direction of the Executive Board. The Bylaws provide a greater level of detailwith regard to the scope of the Subscriptions Editor’s authority and responsibility, butshall not abridge the powers vested in the Goodwin Editor through this Constitution.3. ASSISTANT LEAD ARTICLES EDITORThe purpose of the Assistant Lead Articles Editor is to assist the Lead ArticlesEditor. The Assistant Lead Articles Editor shall work at the direction of the LeadArticles Editor and—in certain instances—under the direction of the Executive Board.The Bylaws provide a greater level of detail with regard to the scope of the AssistantLead Articles Editor’s authority and responsibility, but shall not abridge the powersvested in the Assistant Lead Articles Editor through this Constitution.4. ASSISTANT MANAGING TECHNICAL EDITORThe purpose of the Assistant Managing Technical Editor is to assist and aid theManaging technical editor. The Assistant Managing Technical Editor shall work at thedirection of the Managing Technical Editor and—in certain instances—under thedirection of the Executive Board. The Bylaws provide a greater level of detail withregard to the scope of the Assistant Managing Technical Editor’s authority andresponsibility, but shall not abridge the powers vested in the Assistant ManagingTechnical Editor through this Constitution.ARTICLE V: ARTICLES EDITORSThe overarching function of the Articles Editor is to work with student writersduring the Summer Training Program—as hereinafter provided for—and to work withand under the direction of the Executive Board; this is to ensure that all articles acceptedfor publication in Nova Law Review are properly edited by Senior Associates and JuniorAssociates. This includes accurately advising, overseeing weekly edits, and meeting thedeadlines established by the Editor-in-Chief. The Bylaws provide a greater level of detailwith regard to the scope of the Articles Editors’ authority and responsibility, but shall notabridge the powers vested in the Articles Editors through this Constitution.ARTICLE VI: JUNIOR ASSOCIATESAfter successfully completing the Summer Training Program, Nova SoutheasternUniversity Law Students who accept an invitation to join the Nova Law Review enter asJunior Associates. At this level, Junior Associates are directly responsible to theirassigned Articles Editor and indirectly responsible to the Executive Board and theAssociate Editors. The Bylaws provide for a greater level of detail with regard to the3
