26. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTIf the work entrusted is not proper and to the satisfaction of PSPCL,then the payment will not be released and if the work of theconsultants continues to be unsatisfactory, the agreement shall beterminated by PSPCL by 10 days notice at any time during subsistenceof this agreement.
