Credit card payments are accepted from NYSagencies according to their own agency’s purchasing guidelines.Electronic Payments are accepted from NYS agencies pursuant toOSC Accounting Bulletin A-591 Payments to Department of CorrectionalServices issued May 20, 2008. It states: Effective immediately, all paymentsto Correctional Industries from NYS Agencies will be made electronically.Past due accounts may be suspended and/or referred to the NYS Officeof the Attorney General’s Civil Recoveries Bureau for collection.SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERY SERVICESShipping and handling is free for orders over $250.00 going to a singledelivery location within New York State. For orders of less than$250.00 per location, see the chart opposite for shipping and handlingcharges. These charges also appear on the individual product pages.Inside Delivered and Inside & Set-In-UsePrices shown include carrying the product up two flights of stairs fromthe building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight).If you need product moved up additional flights, additional chargesapply, depending upon the item delivered. In addition todock delivery, extra charges are applicable depending on theproduct and special delivery conditions as noted throughout thisprice guide.✓ Inside delivery & Set in Use – means delivered to place ofuse, uncrated, set in place, and crating/packaging removed. Inaddition to dock delivery, extra charges are applicable as noted inthis price guide. This service does not apply to products wherethere is significant assembly required, for example, industrialshelving or installed lockers. Charges for assembly or installationservices are noted on the applicable product pages of this guide,and may require separate proposals.Orders per shipping location for less than the minimum shown willbe charged a shipping & handling fee as shown below.
