Dynamotive investing $20 Million in BioOil Plant <strong>and</strong>research facilities in Ontario, Canada31.oct.06Canada News-WireDynamotive http://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/October2006/31/c6659.htmlVancouver, British Columbia - Dynamotive (OTCBB:DYMTF) announced planned investments, the sitelocation for its new flagship 200 tonnes per day BioOil plant in Guelph, Ontario, <strong>and</strong> a product researchlaboratory in the Waterloo, Ontario area.Dynamotive, together with its development partners, plans to invest $20 million in these Ontario initiativesthrough 2007 with further investmentsexpected to follow. Funding for the investment program has been secured from previously announcedsources.The Guelph plant is being developed with MegaCity Recycling Inc. <strong>and</strong> is about a 45-minute drive west ofToronto. It will operate under the nameEvolution Biofuels Inc.Dynamotive will have a minority ownership position in Evolution Biofuels <strong>and</strong> will be leasing the pyrolysisunit to the Company. Dynamotive President <strong>and</strong> CEO, Andrew Kingston, said "Work on the 22 acre sitestarted on October 7th. Equipment deliveries to the site are expected early in November with all majorcomponents to be on site by year end.The plant will incorporate important technological advances we gained through operating the West Lorneplant, <strong>and</strong> we expect it to be producing BioOil in Q1 2007 as it ramps up through its commissioning process."The site has the capacity for up to four plants as well as administrative <strong>and</strong> engineering offices <strong>and</strong>,potentially, Dynamotive's technical research <strong>and</strong> development function. We are currently considering themove of our two existing pilot <strong>and</strong> demonstration plants to the site. "Investment by Dynamotive <strong>and</strong> itspartners on site acquisition, first plant development <strong>and</strong> related infrastructure is expected to reach$18,500,000. Dynamotive intends, through leasing arrangements to be concluded, to recover its investmentover a five year period <strong>and</strong> maintain an equity position in Evolution Biofuels.“….
