Since theseforms may NOT be reproduced locally, theymust be requisitioned.• The copies of "R" forms at the back ofpublications printed in UPDATE are for youruse in making local reproduction. Have themprinted through your Forms Management Officer(FMO). In accordance with AR 310-1,paragraphs 4-26 and 4-28, the FMO mayauthorize the reproduction of a form in amodified format more convenient to local users.Those provisions permit back-to-back printing,carbon sets, and continuous construction forword processing use.• AR 310-1 alfto authorizes overprinting oflocally fixed processing information. The ideabehind this authorization to overprint is toreduce the amount of time a typist has to spendrepeating local standardized requirements.• The rales for procuring printing differ fromplace to place; therefore, your FMO may not beable to approve the printing.
