He worked insenior management and clinical roles at St Vincent’s HospitalMelbourne and other hospitals.Apart from his roles at <strong>RDNS</strong>, Michael is also a Director ofIridium Consulting - a Melbourne based healthcare consultancy.He specialises in problem solving, change management,service redesign and planning. Iridium’s clients include healthdepartments, professional bodies, hospitals, community services,aged care services and mental health services.
