The ArtsTheatre <strong>Kingston</strong>As <strong>Kingston</strong>’s professional theatre company, Theatre<strong>Kingston</strong> offers students a vast array of behind-thescenesopportunities from backstage tours to in-classworkshops. As professional artists, the companyproduces innovative and exciting work of the highestcalibre and is dedicated to promoting a love of the artform to children and youth in the community.Curriculum Connections:Workshops can be tailored according to individual classneeds and specific curriculum requirements. The artists willwork with the teacher to create an interactive and engagingsession to suit the intended group. These workshops can beheld in-class or, dependent upon availability, in the theatrespace.Secondary and post-secondary students will have theopportunity to attend our productions and hang out with theactors afterwards for an informative Q&A session about thethemes of the production, professional training, and the life ofa Canadian theatre artist.Teacher Services: Call to arrange an information meetingwith our staff to discuss your intended curriculum and howthe company can fill your needs.
