On August 20, 1964<br />
a former niember of the Board of Managjng Directors<br />
of the Deutsche <strong>Bank</strong>, died at the age of 82.<br />
Throughout his long career he was a devoted servant<br />
of the <strong>Bank</strong> and did excellent and lasting work<br />
especially in the troubled thirties. I-Je was a pioneer<br />
in the field of organization and bank accounting.<br />
Even after he relinquished activc scrvice, he continued<br />
for many years to give his knowledge and extensive<br />
cxperiencc as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory<br />
Board OE Süddeutsche <strong>Bank</strong> AG.<br />
The memory of his unforgettable personality and<br />
service will live on in our <strong>Bank</strong>.
