PHILOSOPHYAll-Net Division was created to further the skills of the players, both girls and boys that are interested inplaying basketb<strong>all</strong> for their high school <strong>program</strong>s. It <strong>all</strong>ows for a higher level of competition andtherefore operates under different premises than NJB's regular Divisional basketb<strong>all</strong>. All-Net teams willbe comprised of girls, and boys 5 th , 6 th , 7 th , and 8 th grade players.MISSION STATEMENTTo Inspire Our Youth; Regardless of Race, Creed or National OriginTo Practice the Ideals of Health, Citizenship, and CharacterTo Implant the Game Elements of Safety, Sanity and Intelligent SupervisionTo Keep the Welfare of the Player First, Foremost and Entirely Free of Adult Quest For GloryTo Emphasize Teamwork for All ParticipantsALL-NET PROGRAMThe National Junior Basketb<strong>all</strong> and the NorCal NJB Region criteria and requirements for the All-NetProgram sh<strong>all</strong> apply with regards to player age, grade, and <strong>all</strong> other matters of qualifications and<strong>program</strong> participation.All NJB <strong>Section</strong>s of the NorCal NJB Region will follow the Constitution and Bylaws of the National JuniorBasketb<strong>all</strong> League as stated in the Blue Book. All <strong>program</strong> rules and regulations stated within thisdocument will prevail by consent of National Headquarters.1. At least one team boys and girls per grade level - unless sanctioned by NorCal NJB Region2. Designed for higher skilled players (aka All-stars/players 1-10 per designated level)3. Player certification (individual photograph, birth certificate, proof of address, report card - musthave 2.0 GPA for 1st and 2nd certification - and Player Waiver Release and Non-Local TryoutForms, if necessary). Note: Team must have two team rosters (original in team binder, copyto section)Report Cards (current/most recent): Each player must provide current report cardsconfirming the maintenance of at least a 2.0 GPA for two consequent reporting periods. The firstreport card must be provided by the 1 st Certification date and the next consequent report cardby the 2 nd Certification date. All grade report cards MUST be the most recent available reportcard.Quarter Based School Reporting:1st Certification Final - First report card from current school year2nd Certification Final - Second report card from current school yearSemester and Tri-Semester Based School Reporting:1st Certification Final - End of year report card from previous school year2nd Certification Final - First report card from current school yearPage 2 of 7
