Increasing on-course patronage especially outside the Spring Carnivaltime. Rebuilding the breeding and sales industries in Victoria.The future challenges for harness racing in Victoria include: Building its market share of off-course wagering. Attracting good crowds and support for Tabcorp Park at Melton. Maintaining strong fields throughout the year.
