244493 ACCESSRU D4.5 - Monitoring report of the EU-Russian S&T Collaboration Observatoryorganisations that the involvement of European partners in Russian programmes is possible andwelcome.In order to reach these goals, the ACCESSRU RTDI Programme Database had been created.Finding the appropriate S&T programme for one’s requirements is a demanding task given the widescope of available funding resources. The ACCESSRU RTDI Programme Database allowsEuropean researchers to browse specifically by programme owner and target countries, as well asby thematic priorities and funded objects.As a part of this ACCESSRU RTDI Programme Database, the Russian R&D programmes open forEuropean organizations was developed.First there was developed a special Information Collection Template for RTDI ProgrammeDatabase, which was then put at the ACCESS4EU unified web-portal.The information on Russian R&D funding programmes and calls was collected according to thisTemplate. The template requires the following kinds of information to be put into the RTDIProgramme Database: Country, Call type, Thematic area, Keywords, Title of the Call, Deadline forproposal submission, Call abstract, Call acronym, Call owner, Call description, Eligibilityconditions, How to apply, Budget, etc.Every ACCESSRU partner was provided with a unique password which allowed to get the access tothe RTDI Programme Database. After the particular programme or call had been put into the RTDIDatabase, it should have been “ticked” to become visible to those looking for programmes that arerelated to their field of expertise.By using keywords, in the RTDI Database European researchers interested in internationalcollaboration will find a broad range of opportunities offered through funding organizations outsideof the EU.
