(iii)for any player who has completed ten (10) or more Years of Service, thegreater of (x) 35% of the Salary Cap in effect at the time the trade bonus isearned, (y) 105% of the player’s Salary for the Season prior to the Seasonin which the trade bonus is earned, or (z) $14 million;then such player’s trade bonus shall be deemed amended to the extent necessary to reduce theplayer’s Salary plus Unlikely Bonuses to the maximum amount allowed by the applicablesubsection (e)(i), (e)(ii), or (e)(iii) set forth above.(f)For purposes of this Section 7 only, the Salary Cap shall be calculated inaccordance with Article VII, Section 2, except that the percentage of Projected BRI to be utilizedfor such calculation shall be 48.04% for all Salary Cap Years (including 2011-12, if the <strong>NBA</strong>exercises its option to extend this <strong>Agreement</strong> pursuant to Article XXXIX) during the term of this<strong>Agreement</strong>.Section 8.(a)Promotional Activities.A player’s obligation (pursuant to paragraph 13(d) of a Uniform Player Contract)to participate, upon request, in all other reasonable promotional activities of the Team and the<strong>NBA</strong> shall be deemed satisfied if:(i)during each year of the period covered by such Contract, the Player makesseven (7) individual personal appearances (at least two (2) of which shallbe in connection with season ticketholder events) and five (5) groupappearances for or on behalf of or at the request of the Team (or TeamAffiliate) by which he is employed and/or the <strong>NBA</strong>.
