certificate, or the initials “CCE,” or any other representations of the intent or purpose of thecertificate, title or initials.B5TPV Report Review and CCE Monitoring ProceduresB5.1 Every TPV report received by 3-A SSI shall be reviewed <strong>for</strong> completeness, professionalpreparation, grammar, spelling, and adherence to the report <strong>for</strong>mat guidelines. Anydiscrepancies noted in the review shall be reported to the CCE and the CCE shall have theopportunity to respond. The report and response shall be placed in a CCE per<strong>for</strong>mance file.Reviews without discrepancies shall also be recorded in their CCE per<strong>for</strong>mance file.B5.2 Once each year, 3-A SSI shall conduct an evaluation of each CCE and provide a reportidentifying whether each CCE has met the established criteria in the 3-A SSI CCE EvaluationProgram.B5.3 CCE per<strong>for</strong>mance files are restricted to use by 3-A SSI and the CCE.73-A <strong>Sanitary</strong> <strong>Standards</strong>, Inc.
