Melamine
The advantages of melamine are
that it is dishwasher-safe, food-safe,
and temperature-resistant (-20°C to
+120°C) and this becomes especially
apparent when in daily catering use.
The smallest tray is 530 mm long and
makes it therefore partially compatible
with existing GN-systems. All trays
are stackable, the tray grooves at the
bottom side of the tray let the water
from the dishwasher run off. But next
to the merely technical alterations,
the flat black trays differentiate themselves
by their modest design and
comfortable haptic from the variant
made of wood. These wooden trays
