Bylaws of ALAFNAThe bylaws of the Association were discussed by allpresents.Some conclusions:The association should be open to all nuclear scientistsof the region (different from ANPHA or NUPECC)The executive board should have 1 representative ofeach member country.The bylaws were discussed but there was no time for theRedaction: Ricardo Alarcon will write up and will be votedby the steeringProposal of Chile and Venezuela: Alafna should promoteeducation for general public and schools on all levels,to compensate the negative effect on the general publicsperception on nuclear science due to the Fukushima accident.
