(few 100) £180Estonia - a virtually complete basic collection on 11 hinge-less album pages of European origin. Lovely material in generallyfine used condition and looks complete to 1940 according to the Stamps of the World basic listing. Between 1940 and 1991Estonia was firstly occupied by Germany and then came under Russian influence until regaining independence and issuingit’s own stamps again. All the good sets are here and the awkward Miniature Sheets. The best being the 1923 Air pairsoverprinted and very good condition for these (cat £275). The 1923 Red Cross overprinted set is included both perforate andimperforate (cat £380). Thereafter the various charity, red cross and anti TB sets including the later miniature sheets too. Veryclean material and a lovely lot. £700Federated Malay States - Small lot on two pages extracted from an ‘Imperial’ album. Laid out in chronological order andthere are several used stamps hinged beneath the mint ones. In total there are in excess of 75 stamps on offer, many beingmint ‘Tigers’ of the various watermarks and these are generally in good condition. The high values are either fiscally used orhave defects. We note $2 SG24 pen cancelled (cats £180 as postally used), SG48 minor faults but probably a postal cancel(cats £50). SG49/50 very nice copies but we consider fiscal cancels (Cat £260 postally used). The $5 SG81 is mint but has sometoning on reverse (Cats £170). Regrettably many of the high values from Malayan areas are fiscally used or in relatively poorcondition so these are pretty much par for the course. It also explains why genuinely postally used copies in good conditionobtain good prices. A decent lot with many fine condition mint Tigers and where in place the used examples mostly havecircular cancels, which are not apparent as for the most part they are hidden under mint stamps. £145Lot 13 Fiume - Exceptional collection of stamps from Fiume. Not complete but comprehensive with many good sets and items on 6stock sheets. Starts with the first issue of 1918 with duplicated values to 5k mostly mint plus the top value SG20 10k used ona registered envelope, this a top marginal copy, whilst of philatelic origin still scarce (stamp cat £225). 1918 Dues set of threemint SGD29/31 (Cat £375); initial 1919 set to top values , not complete; 1919 Students Education Fund set SG71/82 (Cat£170); Thereafter issues for the REGIME OF D’ANNUNZIO including the SG118/130 set (cat £80); 1920 set SG131/44 (cat£130)and parts of the 1920 overprinted issue including the Express Pair SGE163/4 (cat £165 and a fine used copy of SG162(Cat £550). Finally some issues of the FREE STATE including SG163/E179 set (cat £300) and SG178/89 New Constitution set(cat £300++). A good opportunity to acquire a solid lot in in fine condition. Most stamps appear to be on first hinge when mint, lovely fresh colours and we are advised catalogues in excess of £4,600. £895www.AllWorldStampCatalogue.co.uk
