His stepbrother’s son,Tucker Salyer, was diagnosed with Leukemia.He is four years old. He asked everyone tosave their can tabs for him in order to helphis family. One pound of tabs will run thechemotherapy for one hour. Jared has collected12 pounds of these tabs in just fourweeks. This just shows that we as a peoplecan come together and show strength tomake an impact on others’ lives. Thanks totheir actions, Tucker and his family will havea much easier time coping with all the medicalbills. It’s an honor to belong to such awonderful organization as <strong>798</strong>.Sonia “Boomer” Jennings writes this letterto express a sincere thank you to all the contributorsof the Voluntary Fund with a specialthank you to Barrett Arnold, Larry Staggs,and Karlee Parker. The check he received will help verymuch in paying the bills he incurred frombeing in the hospital with his heart problem.He is doing well at this time but stillhas a long way to go.
