Edeyo: Help Them
For the past four years Ms.
Katherine Leo, Campus
Minister and Theology Chair,
has organized a Christmas
toy drive to support the
Edeyo Foundation. The Edeyo
Foundation is an independent,
New York City based, nonprofi
t organization dedicated
to improving the future for
children in Haiti through
education. When the Haitian
school was destroyed in the
January 2010 earthquake, Edeyo
was determined to rebuild the
D.A. students have chosen
Edeyo as one of their
philanthropic causes. This year
they collectively donated 749
toys to the children of Haiti to
help spread the Christmas cheer.
The Edeyo Foundation and the
Dominican Academy Preachers
(DAPs) greatly appreciate the
generous support. To learn more
about the Foundation’s mission
and how you can help, please
