make any alterations required at this point. (2-3 months) Other alterations
will need to be made for finalizing all the CAD drawings - some 50
drawings have been produced to date. (2-3 months)
Produce a marketing strategy and finalize a full marketing plan leading to
the launch.
We aim to produce five fully operational prototype cars. Three of these will
be sent out on permanent test by a select group of individuals which will
work alongside us to assess any changes and potential problems which may
arise over a period of 6-12 months. Final changes can be incorporated at
this stage.
Other prototype cars will be used for further testing, demonstration
purposes and PR events. It is anticipated that these prototypes will be
demonstrated at car shows and specialist events which adhere to our
marketing plan.
COPYRIGHT &
Begin concept drawings of Light Delivery Van (LDV) based around the
front section and cage assembly of ‘Chico’. Start working up designs to
make the LDV.
Adapt the original ‘Chico’ body to take a larger battery tray for a longer
distance, 200 + km range, version. Design and make optional slide tray for
extended range battery packs which are easy to install and modify. Testing
and structural work also to be done at this time for safety and ease of access
for replacing battery packs.
Advancing an internet presence will also be instrumental in garnering
market awareness.
