After successfully completing the first prototype electric Von Mynheer ‘Chico’ for you to see, touch and appreciate, we are ready for detailed testing, preparation for production and to commence a full marketing strategy ready for the launch. In addition, we are beginning work on the development of the Von Mynheer Light Delivery Van for world markets, building on the development work of the ‘Chico’. CONFIDENTIAL The several-tiered approach towards full capitalization of the company includes a second phase of operations where $1,500,000 is required to achieve our goals and for the ‘Chico’ to be ready for market. Attached is an estimated breakdown of the allocation of funds. The Company is looking for ‘Green’ investors who understand what we are looking to achieve and will make available an ownership share in the company at this early stage on the understanding that the Company is forecast to grow quickly. The Company is actively working with its legal and financial advisors to ensure that the Company and its shareholders benefit from the tax incentives available to this business. For example, by registering as an eligible business corporation, we anticipate that BC-resident investors will qualify for a 30% tax credit on their initial investment. The Company is also planning to claim tax credits based on its eligible expenditures on Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED). SR&ED tax credits are currently approximately 47% of eligible expenditure in BC. The SR&ED and other potential grants available will further leverage the investment in the Company. The third phase is more aggressive and requires further injections of $20,000,000 and greater. Following the success of these phases, a future phase would include significant expansion in the order of hundreds of millions of dollars and could include strategic supply chain firms. Work Projections : November 2010 – October 2011 The Chico will be digitally scanned for technical assessments and structural analysis. Many CAD drawings of the car have already been produced, such as the alloy engineering sub structure and chassis, but all of the composite sections must also be digitally recorded. (2-3 months) Produce a marketing strategy and finalize a full marketing plan leading to the launch. We aim to produce five fully operational prototype cars. Three of these will be sent out on permanent test by a select group of individuals which will work alongside us to assess any changes and potential problems which may arise over a period of 6-12 months. Final changes can be incorporated at this stage. Other prototype cars will be used for further testing, demonstration purposes and PR events. It is anticipated that these prototypes will be demonstrated at car shows and specialist events which adhere to our marketing plan. Adapt the original ‘Chico’ body to take a larger battery tray for a longer distance, 200 + km range, version. Design and make optional slide tray for extended range battery packs which are easy to install and modify. Testing and structural work also to be done at this time for safety and ease of access for replacing battery packs. Advancing an internet presence will also be instrumental in garnering market awareness.
