3 Women bring twice as many divorce cases to the courtsas men, and in nine out of ten cases they are successful.In both the General and Religious Courts women initiate twice as many divorce cases asmen, regardless of income level.Nine out of ten divorce cases brought to the Religious Courts are accepted with only 3% ofcases in the Religious Courts being rejected or not accepted by the court.
