We ask for a progress report from <strong>the</strong> institution and if we aresatisfied we shall give permission to <strong>the</strong> institution to increase <strong>the</strong>number <strong>of</strong> sections for <strong>the</strong> next academic year 2011-2012. Wealso direct that <strong>the</strong> institution will report about <strong>the</strong> implementation<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> teaching plan which is being annexed and give electronicevidence <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> teaching imparted including <strong>the</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>iles <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>students. Silver Law College, Bareilly, Uttar PradeshHaving perused <strong>the</strong> inspection report <strong>of</strong> Shriji Institute <strong>of</strong> Legal,Vocational Education and Research (Silver Law College), PilibhitRoad, Barkapur, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh we are satisfied thatpermission be granted for continuing <strong>the</strong> 3 year course with 5sections <strong>of</strong> 60 students each for <strong>the</strong> academic sessions 2010-2011and 2011-2012. This is subject to <strong>the</strong> conditions that <strong>the</strong> collegeshould purchase books for <strong>the</strong> library amounting to Rs.1,00,000/-in every academic year as per <strong>the</strong> Legal Education Rules, 2008 andteacher-student ratio <strong>of</strong> 1:40 must be maintained. The saidadmissions shall be under <strong>the</strong> supervision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Director, IndianLaw Institute. The Director, Indian law Institute is requested tosend a report to <strong>the</strong> Bar Council <strong>of</strong> India marked to Director, LegalEducation.9. M. B. Khalsa Law College, Indore, M.P.Having perused <strong>the</strong> report permission is granted for <strong>the</strong> year 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. This is subject to <strong>the</strong> conditionthat a regular Principal with appropriate qualification is recruitedupon proper advertisement within a period <strong>of</strong> three months and acompliance report be submitted to <strong>the</strong> DLE. Janahitha Law College, RaichurHaving regard to <strong>the</strong> inspection report and noticing that <strong>the</strong> saidcollege is in a backward area, we grant permission for two years2010-2011, 2011-2012 to run one section <strong>of</strong> 3 year law coursewith an intake <strong>of</strong> 60 students.
