On knowledge management practices are poorly understood and are therefore not unanimous.Algerian organizations are characterized by their rigidity and lack of culture of sharing informationand knowledge, which constitutes an obstacle to knowledge management approaches.This result leads us to the conclusion that the Algerian organizations should be encouraged toimplement such practices require a reorganization of organizational structures, which must beungraded to promote modes of nonverbal communication conducive to the implementation ofprojects knowledge management.
