shipping materials ahead of time
We encourage you to ship materials prior to the fair. Please plan to have them
arrive no earlier than a week prior to the event. Be sure that your organization’s
name is prominently displayed on every package. Your parcels will be waiting for
you at your booth when you arrive. If you would like them shipped back after the
fair you must provide completed shipping labels before you leave for the day.

If you have requested to interview the day(s) following
the career fair(s), your schedule will be at your booth the
morning of the career fair(s). You control your schedule and
may add candidates throughout the day.
To request interview space, log in to Husker Hire Link
and select the “On-Campus Interview (OCI)” tab to request
a schedule. Due to the demand for space on days following
our career fairs, individual interview rooms are reserved on
a first-come, first-served basis. Additional interview space is
