That is why SBN is proudto share with you our latest effort to help small businesses prosper:Taking Care of <strong>Business</strong>.With the support of the William Penn Foundation, we interviewed andsurveyed over 125 small business owners, small business supportorganizations, and leaders of the City agencies that businesses interactwith to determine how to help small businesses thrive. We analyzedthe impact of the City’s tax, regulatory, and service delivery systems.We made concrete recommendations for City government to improvethe small business climate in Philadelphia and will work tirelesslywith you to make those recommendations a reality.While Philadelphia has improved its services in recent years, theregion continues to have the lowest rate of small business formationof the country’s fifteen largest metropolitan regions.
