Ms Poonawalla wished all the best to these 22 bright and smart participants for successfullycompleting this unique program. In her appreciation notes, she said that <strong>SINE2013</strong> was awell thought & a customized program to encourage women engineering students to knowmore about Off-Highway industry.Each of these 22 confident participants presented their experience, journey and take awaywith the group during the valedictory session. They were given a set of questions thatneeded a good amount of brainstorming & ideas sharing. Besides the deep overview of Off-Highway Industry, they also got an opportunity for self introspection and teamwork throughthe specially designed 3C framework program at Pegasus. They have now developed a goodunderstanding about Eaton, John Deere, Escorts, ARAI, PTC, Cummins, JCB during thisperiod and their awareness about this industry and its products have improved to a greatextent. One of the participants quoted that “Automobile industry is more like a luxury butOff-Highway is a necessity for human kind”.Mr Devendra Bahirat; Chairman Off-Highway Board thanked everybody for their incrediblesupport in making <strong>SINE2013</strong> a great success. He said that <strong>SINE2013</strong> is truly a remarkablejourney to tap 50% untapped potential of society.Mr Amar Variawa; Secretary Off-Highway board shared the background on how thisprogram was conceived.
