“7. Directs the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Committee</str<strong>on</strong>g> established pursuant to resoluti<strong>on</strong> 1718 (2006) to issue anImplementati<strong>on</strong> Assistance Notice regarding situati<strong>on</strong>s where a vessel has refused to allow an inspecti<strong>on</strong>after such an inspecti<strong>on</strong> has been authorized by the vessel’s Flag State or if any DPRK-flagged vessel hasrefused to be inspected pursuant to paragraph 12 of resoluti<strong>on</strong> 1874 (2009);“8. Recalls paragraph 14 of resoluti<strong>on</strong> 1874 (2009), recalls further that States may seize anddispose of items c<strong>on</strong>sistent with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006), 1874 (2009) and this resoluti<strong>on</strong>,and further clarifies that methods for States to dispose include, but are not limited to, destructi<strong>on</strong>, renderinginoperable, storage or transferring to another State other than the originating or destinati<strong>on</strong> States fordisposal;“9. Clarifies that the measures imposed in resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009) prohibit thetransfer of any items if a State relevant to a transacti<strong>on</strong> has informati<strong>on</strong> that provides reas<strong>on</strong>able grounds tobelieve that a designated individual or entity is the originator, intended recipient or facilitator of the item’stransfer;“10. Calls up<strong>on</strong> Member States which have not yet d<strong>on</strong>e so to report <strong>on</strong> the measures they havetaken to implement the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009), encourages other MemberStates to submit, if any, additi<strong>on</strong>al informati<strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong> implementing the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006)and 1874 (2009);“11. Encourages internati<strong>on</strong>al agencies to take necessary steps to ensure that all their activitieswith respect to the DPRK are c<strong>on</strong>sistent with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009),and further encourages relevant agencies to engage with the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Committee</str<strong>on</strong>g> regarding their activities withrespect to the DPRK that may relate to provisi<strong>on</strong>s of these resoluti<strong>on</strong>s;“12. Deplores the violati<strong>on</strong>s of the measures imposed in resoluti<strong>on</strong> 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009),including the use of bulk cash to evade sancti<strong>on</strong>s, underscores its c<strong>on</strong>cern over the supply, sale or transferto or from the DPRK or through States’ territories of any item that could c<strong>on</strong>tribute to activities prohibitedby resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) or 1874 (2009) and the importance of appropriate acti<strong>on</strong> by States in thisregard, calls <strong>on</strong> States to exercise vigilance and restraint regarding the entry into or transit through theirterritories of individuals working <strong>on</strong> behalf or at the directi<strong>on</strong> of a designated individual orentity,directs the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Committee</str<strong>on</strong>g> to review reported violati<strong>on</strong>s and take acti<strong>on</strong> as appropriate, including throughdesignating entities and individuals that have assisted the evasi<strong>on</strong> of sancti<strong>on</strong>s or in violating the provisi<strong>on</strong>sof resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009);“13. Emphasizes the importance of all States, including the DPRK, taking the necessary measuresto ensure that no claim shall lie at the instance of the DPRK, or of any pers<strong>on</strong> or entity in the DPRK, or ofpers<strong>on</strong>s or entities designated pursuant to resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and 1874 (2009), or any pers<strong>on</strong> claimingthrough or for the benefit of any such pers<strong>on</strong> or entity, in c<strong>on</strong>necti<strong>on</strong> with any c<strong>on</strong>tract or other transacti<strong>on</strong>where its performance was prevented by reas<strong>on</strong> of the measures imposed by resoluti<strong>on</strong>s 1718 (2006) and1874 (2009);“14. Reaffirms its desire for a peaceful, diplomatic and political soluti<strong>on</strong> to the situati<strong>on</strong>,welcomes efforts by <str<strong>on</strong>g>Council</str<strong>on</strong>g> members as well as other States to facilitate a peaceful and comprehensivesoluti<strong>on</strong> through dialogue, and underlines the need to refrain from any acti<strong>on</strong> that might aggravate tensi<strong>on</strong>s;“15. Reaffirms its support to the Six Party Talks, calls for their resumpti<strong>on</strong>, urges all theparticipants to intensify their efforts <strong>on</strong> the full and expeditious implementati<strong>on</strong> of the 19 September 2005Joint Statement issued by China, the DPRK, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federati<strong>on</strong> and theUnited States, with a view to achieving the verifiable denuclearizati<strong>on</strong> of the Korean Peninsula in apeaceful manner and to maintaining peace and stability <strong>on</strong> the Korean Peninsula and in northeast Asia;
